I love to read.

I also think reading can be a beautiful and transformative process. Spending time with different ideas and perspectives in both fiction and nonfiction can inform and influence our own understanding of our world. Reading may not be a substitute for therapy, but I believe it can be an important part of the process of self-understanding and a true lifeline when therapy is inaccessible for any reason.
